Palais Palffy Suits - Vienna

Stunning and good location with everything at the door, it was near to the center, and the library which is an enormous. Staff were very nice, I liked them all;))

I had family studio with 2 beds.

It has exceptionally nice rooms and amazing location close to very important landmarks as well as the center of Wien.

1. The building is right opposite to the Austrian National Library. 2. Very quiet.

1. The apartment is sparsely decorated. 2. Cleaning was poorly done. The shower floor tiles were covered in dust. 3. We arrived at three o'clock. The two cleaning crews hadn't finished cleaning yet, but were sitting on the couch chatting.

Great location, easy access. Centrally located, allowing for easy exploration of the city.

Room cleanliness could be improved. the room had a musty smell, possibly due to an unplugged dishwasher.

Excellent location near attractions, library, and cathedral. Attic room was cozy with modern bathroom. Great value for money and easy self check-in process. Friendly and helpful host.

Great for a short stay, greatly enjoyed it. Good and amazing location, just what we wanted right by the library which is an enormous and beautiful building, the centre of Vienna, and a night club or anything else. Also, it was based in a palace where during the night there's a ' seductive bar '.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. the small kitchen in the hotel was a positive aspect, allowing us to prepare some meals during our stay. the communication with the staff was punctual and efficient.

The bathroom facilities were disappointing, with the shower not working properly. the lack of proper water pressure made it difficult to have a satisfying shower experience.

The location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of the city, within walking distance to major landmarks like St Stephen's Cathedral and the beautiful library. The no-contact check-in process was seamless and convenient, with codes provided through the app and email. The apartment itself was spacious, with three large rooms and a cozy lounge area. a great stay with everything I needed!
